KOLOLO CEREMONIAL GROUNDS: President Yoweri Museveni who is also the national Chairman of the National Resistance Movement has today chaired a meeting of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus deliberating on matters of national interest.

According to the NRM Chief Whip Thomas Tayebwa, they hope to discuss matters of importance and decide resolutions that will make the country secure.

KITGUM DISTRICT: President Yoweri Museveni who is also the NRM Presidential flag bearer in the forthcoming general elections has urged NRM leaders in Kitgum in particular and Uganda in general to ensure that society is transformed through modern, commercial and calculated agriculture production for wealth creation if the society is to transform.

GULU CITY: President Yoweri Museveni who is also the NRM Presidential flag bearer has urged NRM leaders in Acholi sub-region in particular and Uganda in general to inform the population of the NRM achievements that include among others the recovery and expansion of the country’s economy mainly because of adopting correct ideas and policies.

MOROTO DISTRICT: President Yoweri Museveni called on the people of Karamoja to elect leaders who have the peoples interests at heart and are able to equally distribute resources for priority government programs and are incorruptable.

“If we do that the sky is the limit,” he emphasized

ARUA CITY: President Yoweri Museveni who is also the National Resistance Movement [NRM] Presidential candidate has said that the government of Uganda through the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs has received Shs. 90 billion to pay 11,000 veterans in the financial year 2020/2021. He also said that another UShs.90 billion will be released to pay the remaining 14,000 claimants in financial year 2021-2022.

APACH DISTRICT: The NRM party will not conduct mass rallies nor hold processions because it would put the public at risk in light of the raging Covid-19 pandemic, President Museveni who is also the NRM presidential flag-bearer has said. 

KAWUMU, NAKASEKE: It was fanfare, dance and music as President Museveni today (Monday) kickstarted his re-election campaign trail at Kawumu Presidential Demonstration Farm in Luweero District. 

As early as 7am, selected NRM leaders from the Greater Luweero Area had begun assembling at the facility, awaiting clearance, most armed with their latest Covid-19 test results, a requirement for attendance. 

LIRA CITY: President Yoweri Museveni who is also the NRM Presidential Candidate has urged the NRM leaders to remind the people that it was because of wise policies of the NRM that the country has been able carry out a number of notable achievements. 

He was speaking during a meeting of NRM leaders and flag-bearers from Lango sub region districts of Alebtong, Amolatar, Apac, Dokolo, Kole, Lira and Oyam.
