The Government of Uganda hereby strongly rejects and disabuse the renewed calculated fabrication by elements yet to be understood claiming that Uganda recently hosted a meeting for purposes of election of a committee of a shadowy rebel outfit, the Rwanda National Congress (RNC).
Uganda reiterates that it doesn't know, host, or deal in any way with such a group, a fact that has been ably communicated through the appropriate channels to the Government of the Republic of Rwanda. Uganda does not harbor any intentions or interests of destabilizing the Government of Rwanda.

1.Approved the appointment of four Members of the Board of Directors of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) for the period of 3 years as follows;

 AT STATE HOUSE, ENTEBBE

Cabinet sat on Monday October 28, 2019 at State House Entebbe, and;

1.Approved the proposal of declaring of the 100 Metre protection Zone of the Nile River Banks and the three central forest reserves of  Kalagala, Namavudu and Nile Bank in the extended Kalagala-Itanda Offset Area (EKIOA) as Kalagala- Itanda Special Conservation Area to ensure its legally binding, long term conservation and protection.

1.Approved the Regulation of Veterinary Medical Products, Biologicals, Chemicals and Devices. The objectives include;

i.To apply veterinary science in regulation of manufacture, import, export, distribution, sale and use of Veterinary inputs including medical products and biologicals and equipment to fulfil the needs of the animal subsector and improve animal health and productivity;

1.Approved the National Alcohol Control Policy.  The objectives of the Policy are;

APPROVED STRATEGIC DIRECTION FOR THE THIRD NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
