Out of this we shall produce a joint Afro-Arab Youth Declaration/ communiqué on peace, unity, and development with concrete recommendations for governments and stakeholders.
Amplify youth-led efforts and initiatives on peace and conflict resolution.
Facilitate intercultural dialogue and strengthen Afro-Arab youth cooperation and cross-cultural understanding.

Why It Matters
The Congress reinforces the Afro-Arab commitment to youth-led peacebuilding and sustainable development. With Africa and the Arab world home to some of the world’s youngest populations, this gathering offers a unique opportunity to amplify youth voices, bridge divides, and build a united future.
The congress will most importantly through the fundraiser bring an opportunity for many Ugandan youths for jobs during the construction, and after when the facility is up and running, a chance at education in the university of science and technology that will be hosted there, they will benefit from the cultural centre as a place from where they will be reminded of their identity and some even learning about it for the first time as well as jobs at the secretariate.
The congress will also attract strategic investors and investment opportunities for the country.
It will be a platform for the youth to network and forge alliance across the continent as well as explore exchange programs, skills transfer, and scholarship opportunities.
It will also bring in tourism prospects for the country as we are always pushing for tourism, we are set to visit Kira motors in our program, as well as other tourism sites.
Hon. Agaba Abbas in his concluding remarks called upon the Ugandan youth to take advantage of this opportunity to network, learn, and lead and participate enthusiastically and build connections that will elevate your ideas and innovations to the continental and global stage. He as well urged the Ugandan and international media fraternity to actively publicize this Congress, amplify the voices of the young people, and showcase Uganda’s central role in advancing global youth dialogue and cooperation.
